ChakraWhat is Chakra? Chakra is basically Chi or Energy that is present in everyone, whether they are sleeping or awake. It flows throughout our body, from head to toe or right hand to left hand. But chi is not limited to just providing the energy to do work and move around. Some believe we can use our chi to heal or form energy ball. It's all about how we incorporate our body and learn to utilities our inner energy that cannot be seen.

How does Chakra work in doing ninja jutsu? From what we learned, to perform any jutsu, one must be able to utilize their inner chakra. They must mold chakra deep inside their body (stomach), mixing the body chakra and the spirit chakra together to form a special chakra. One must use correct amounts of chakra along with the correct hand seals to produce a perfect jutsu. Each kind of jutsu require different amount of chakra (water, earth, wind, fire or lightning jutsu). Since they have to mix body and spirit chakra, the newly special chakra they created is what determines their fate. Releasing too much of this chakra will result in possible death. Practicing is essential to correctly use chakra and being able to produce the same amount of chakra at the right time and maintaining it.

Walking On Tree

Climb Tree Learning to climb a tree without the use of hand or rope support is the first step in chakra usage. One first produce a constant amount of chakra onto the bottom of their feet. While walking perpendicular to the bark, one must learn to produce a certain amount of chakra so the feet will stick to the bark. If not enough are produce, the person will fall. One must know how much to produce to make it stick, not just to produce as much as one want. Producing too much will leave one with less chakra in the end. Producing just enough will maintain chakra at a balance.

Walking on Water

Walk on Water Walking on water is much harder than walking on tree. A tree is rock solid inside so one only have to produce enough to make it stick. First a person must produce a certain amount of chakra on the bottom of their feet. While walking on water, one must maintain the same amount of chakra. Producing too much or less chakra will result in falling into the water. Since water is light and less dense, too much chakra will go through it and not enough will make it not stick. This exercise is meant to focus on maintaining chakra. Practice makes perfect.
