Raikiri

Raikiri is the advance form of a Chidori (Hand Seals are different). Raikiri has more of a lightning to it. It require a strong thrust as it attack the opponent. If it is not strong enough or fast enough, the opponent is able to avoid the attack. The Raikiri require a large amount of chakra, more than the Chidori. His limit is 4 times a day.

Rasengan

The Rasengan took Yondaime (Fourth) Hokage 3 years to master. Rasengan require no hand seals, only that the user must know how to control and maintain chakra. First, Naruto have to release a constant amount of chakra from the body out on to his palm. By releasing a certain amount of chakra in a clockwise or counterclockwise motion, the chakra is able to bond with one another (like Hydrogen Bonding). When enough chakra are in circulation, it will form a sphere (circle) like visible to the eye. The next step is to disrupt the flow of the chakra. Instead of flowing in 1 direction, the chakra now flow in 2 direction, opposite of one another. The chakra is able to collide with one another and begin adding pressure to the outter layer. This will give the Rasengan more power and cause more damage to the attack. Mastering the Rasengan is the ability to control and maintain chakra precisely and quickly.

Ryusa Bakuryu

Gaara is able to utilize the small amount of sand present to create a huge tidel wave. A small tidal wave will appear from the ground. It will grow larger in size and sweep all enemy near the tidal wave away. Because it is a combination of sand and water, it is hard to swim away or avoid getting swept away.
