Every hidden villages in every countries have a Team. A team is usually made up of 3 Genin, 2 boys and 1 girl and the sensei is a Jounin. Team participate in mission together and are trained together under the guidance of their Jounin.

Konoha 1st Team

Hokage Team First Hokage: The First put an end to the Great War and created the Village Hidden in the Leaf. He's the grandfather of Tsunade (Fifth Hokage). He is known for tree elemental jutsu. His death is unknown. He was resurrected by Orochimaru to fight Sarutobi during the Invasion of Konoha.
Homura Mitokado: He now sit on the Leaf Village Council. He wore glasses when he was young and still wears them today.
Sandaime Hokage - Sarutobi: Sarutobi was named the Third Hokage when he was still under the guidance of the First and Second, when he was still young. Which was approximately 8-12 years old. Sandaime was regarded as a boy genius. His personality is similar to a young Naruto.
Koharu Utatane: She now sit on Konoha Council.
Second Hokage: Nidaime is the Uncle of Tsunade (Fifth Hokage) and his brother is the First Hokage. He is known for water elemental jutsu. His death is also unknown. He was resurrected by Orochimaru to fight Sarutobi during the Invasion of Konoha.

Legendary Sannin

Sandaime Team Third Hokage - Sarutobi: The Third became Hokage around the age of 8-12 years old when he was still the subordinate of First Hokage and Second Hokage. Because he was Hokage when he taught Orochimaru, Jiraiya & Tsunade, the 3 are known as the 3 Legendary Sannin for the genius, power and many jutsu skills. He later was the sensei of the 3 Legendary Sannin. He later name Konoha Yellow Flash the Fourth Hokage to succeed him. He is also known as the Professor for knowing all jutsu known only to Konoha. He is known for earth elemental jutsu. He sacrifice his life to sealing Orochimaru's arms during the Invasion of Konoha.
Orochimaru: Orochimaru was regarded by the Third as a genius in a century. Orochimaru reminded Sandaime of himself. He was a serious ninja who sought for power and new jutsu. But behind a genius and an unknown passion for power and immortality. He later became an unofficial Jonin but still kept the name Legendary Sannin. He is currently training Sasuke.
Jiraiya: Jiraiya love to spy on girls and us his cloak technique to hide. He is quick to action without his head. He was the one that got tied up to a log during the Bell Training. He later became an unofficial Jounin but still kept the name Legendary Sannin. He's grown up to be a perverted hermit and and adult novel author. His personality is just like a young Naruto.
Tsunade: Tsunade love to get into the face of Jiraiya because he is so stupid in whatever he was doing. She has great power and have great control of her Chakra. She later became an unofficial Jonin but still kept the name Legendary Sannin. She is the current Fifth Hokage (Godaime) of the Hidden Leaf Village.

Jiraiya Team

Jiraiya Team 2 Unknown: This 2 Genin are unknown as of right now.
Fourth Hokage: The Fouth later became the Kakashi, Rin & Obito sensei. He was also a boy genius like Orochimaru and the Third. He is known as the Konoha Flash because he able to travel to any location in a flash. He also perfected the Rasengan.
Jiraiya: Jiraiya is known as the Toad Hermit and a Frog Tamer. He uses a lot of Frog and underworld jutsu.

Orochimaru Team

Orochimaru Team Orochimaru: Orochimaru is a Snake Tamer who began his own research for the forbidden techniques. He also gave Anko the Cursed Seal. He later establish the Village Hidden in the Sound and invaded the Leaf Village. His arms was taken away from him by his sensei.
Anko Mitorashi: Anko was the apprentice of Orochimaru. She was given the Cursed Seal. Luckily she was able to survive. She later became a Jonin.

Tsunade - Fifth Hokage Team

Tsunade: Tsunade is known as the Legendary Sucker for her bad gambling skill and a slug tamer. Her boyfriend when she was a medical specialist was Dan and her brother was Nawaki. She is the granddaughter of the First Hokage. She later became the Fifth Hokage after the death of her sensei. She later trained Sakura her ninja tactic and strength.
Shizune: Shizune follow Tsunade when she return to the Leaf Village. She is also another medical specialist like Tsunade. Her ability is using poison to attack her opponent. She is a Jonin.

Nara-Yamanaka-Akimichi Team

Nara-Yamanaka-Akimichi Shikaku Nara: Shikaku is Shikamaru's father.
Choza Akimich: Choza is Choji's father.
Inoichi Yamanaka: Inoichi is Ino's father.

Fourth Hokage Team

Yondaime Team Fourth Hokage: The Fourth Hokage is also known as Konoha Yellow Flash because he is able to attack his opponent at lightning speed. Anyone that come face to face with Konoha Yellow was told to run away and not fight. It took him 3 years to master the Rasengan. He was later chosen my the Third to succeed him as the Fourth Hokage. He sacrifice his life to save Konoha and sealed the 9 Tailed Demon Fox inside Naruto.
Rin: Rin a medical specialist. She used her medical skill to successfully transplant Obito's left eye into Kakashi's eye. She gave Kakashi a medicine kit as a gift for his promotion to a Jonin.
Obito Uchiha: Obito activated his Sharingan when he saved Kakashi from an attack. He was later killed when pile of rocks fell on him. As a going away present, Obito decided to give his left eyes to Kakashi.
Kakashi Hatake: Kakashi is the son of Sakumo Hatake known as Konoha White Fang. He inherited his father's White Chakra Saber. He was strict on Ninja Rules and Regulation because of his father's past history. He was always up-tight and never like to listen to others suggestion but himself. It was Obito who quote "Those that disobey the rules are called scum, but those that betray their friends are called worst then scum" that change Kakashi personality. Now he carries Obito's left Sharingan eyes.
